JOB POSITIONS
- Optical design of optical equipment
- New optical design and various simulations using optical design software such as CODE V, Zemax, and LightTools. And evaluation of optical performance of prototypes.
- Mechanical design of optical equipment
- Designing new lens bodies using 3D CAD (software used: SOLID EDGE), selecting parts to be procured such as motors and iris units, evaluating the performance of prototypes, and starting up mass production at factories in Japan and overseas
- electronic circuits for optical equipment
Software design - Circuit design for optical equipment (module lenses, etc.), embedded firmware development for drive lenses, and circuit/software development for inspection jigs, etc.
- Optical instrument production technology
- Performance and reliability evaluation of prototypes. Development of measuring equipment and jigs and tools. Mass production start-up at domestic and overseas factories, etc.
- Quality Control of Optical Instruments
- Various tests for newly developed products and existing products. Quality control of finished product factories and suppliers. And overall quality assurance operations.
- Procurement and management of optical equipment
- Overall production management work, including the planning of production plans and the management of finished product factories. Other tasks include reducing product costs and finding new suppliers.
